Brilliant framing on how traditional workforce training misses the engagement piece. The game-based approach to skill building makes alot of sense when people are spending hours daily on their phones anyway. I've noticed in my own career that the most useful training always had some immediate feedback loop, and those gamified elements probably tap into the same dopamine circuits. Companies could probly cut their talent development budgets in half if they just focused on making the learning more addictve instead of mandatory.
